Three ninety-five bravo is back.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will reinstate the annual requirement for broadcasters to submit Form 395-B, which collects employee data on race, ethnicity, and gender, after a two-decade hiatus. The FCC’s Media Bureau announced that the Fourth Report and Order, and the Order on Reconsideration, were published in the Federal Register on May 3 and will take effect on June 3. The compliance date for new or modified information collection requirements is pending review by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The FCC aims to increase workforce diversity insights within radio and television while ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
