“The Mike Harvey Show” loses Mike Harvey.

The longest-running syndicated music show in radio history comes to an end at the end of the year, as the eponymous Mr. Harvey hangs it up after 35 years. He will also depart his weekend show, “The Saturday Weekend Party.” This is more of a reincarnation than a retirement, however, because Mr. Harvey joins “Throwback Nation Radio” as a partner and consultant starting the first of next year. “Throwback” is a Classic Hits show syndicated by Sun Broadcast Group featuring Tony Lorino.
