The DOJ is on board.

Justice has approved Liberty Media’s bid for a bigger share of iHeartMedia, with the Antitrust Division giving Liberty the go-ahead to acquire up to 50% of iHeart, up from the 5% they own now. This sweeps away concerns of monopoly, such concerns being prompted by the fact that Liberty owns SiriusXM and Pandora outright, and a third of Live Nation Entertainment. (And let’s not forget that SiriusXM has just acquired podcast platform Stitcher.)
