Stan Lee, 95. Roy Clark, 85.

Two media-meaningful presences departed the scene this past week. Stan Lee, creator or co-creator of myriad Marvel characters, for the past few years has served as the public face of that company. (Before his death, Mr. Lee filmed cameos for two more upcoming movies.) Roy Clark was, of course, an iconic Country artist, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry, and the winner of Grammy, CMA, and ACM awards.
