Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame inductees announced.

The Hall has revealed the class of 2021, which they take pains to point out is the most diverse in the history of the organization. In the Performer category, we have Tina Turner, Carole King, the Go-Go’s, Jay-Z, the Foo Fighters, and Todd Rundgren. The Early Influence Award goes to Kraftwerk, Charlie Patton, and Gil Scott-Heron. The Musical Excellence Award goes to LL Cool J, Billy Preston, and Randy Rhoads. The Amateur Titan Award goes to Clarence Avant. According to Academy Chairman John Sykes, “This diverse class of talented inductees reflect the Hall’s ongoing commitment to honor artists whose music created the sound of youth culture.”
