RMLC fires back.

Last time on Music Rights Battles: Global Music Rights won a round in court when the US Department of Justice interceded for GMR, urging the federal court hearing the case to reject RMLC’s arguments. This week, the RMLC filed an 18-page document asserting that the DOJ improperly got involved in the court proceeding, got involved too late, got involved without being asked, and misinterpreted the arguments of both sides. Consequently, argues the RMLC, the presiding judge should completely ignore Justice, asking the court to decide the matter on the basis of the arguments of the litigants.
