RAB shows creators the money.

The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) launched a new certification program, CRMC Content Creators, to teach radio content creators how to monetize their work. The program builds on the Radio Marketing Consulting course’s principles and targets roles like program directors, on-air talent, operations managers, and social media managers. The training includes eight online classes with short video modules covering branding, sales fundamentals, and effective communication. Contributing industry figures include iHeartMedia’s Tony Coles, Nights with Elaina’s Elaina Smith, and McVay Media’s Mike McVay. Outgoing RAB President Erica Farber emphasized that all radio employees impact company revenue, highlighting the course’s relevance to the industry’s evolving sales landscape.
