New NAB initiative connects members and services.

The Association has a new volunteer initiative to facilitate better communication and information from NAB staff and services to its member stations. The “Broadcast Ambassador Program” sets up volunteer “ambassadors” at the member end who have direct lines of communication with NAB staff, sharing the information they receive with their fellow staff members. To qualify as an ambassador, you have to be in a non-executive position at your station or company, and be recommended by a station or group executive—and, of course, the station or group has to be an NAB member to begin with.
