A low-power FM licensee is in the cross-hair for a late license renewal. Amazing Grace Church is in line for a $1500 fine for a late filing for KILB-LP/Paron, AR. The renewal application, due in February 2020, was a month late without explanation. Earlier in the week, Soli Deo Gloria FM, LLC was notified of a proposed $1500 fine for the same infraction for K266AK/Aspen, CO.
