The coalition of music-industry groups, including REC Networks, musicFIRST, and the Future of Music Coalition, and filed with the FCC a response to the NAB defense of the new rule ending the 25% cap on same-been stations with significant signal overlap simulcasting program. The music groups are crying foul over the FCC’s “11th-hour sudden about-face” apparently a result of the meeting with the NAB.
