Social media advertising is predicted to fuel this growth, accounting for one-fifth of all spending. Emerging channels such as retail media and connected TV are also set to see increased investment. The US economy will play a vital role in this growth, with ad spend expected to reach $326.7 billion in 2024. Audio advertising is also expected to grow, with ad spend projected to reach $36.6 billion in 2024. Other mediums such as linear TV are facing declines, but outdoor and cinema advertising are also set to witness growth.
