FCC wants to know.

The Commission has fined the Carolina Radio Group, a subsidiary of Curtis Media Group, $2000 for switching the station using one of its translators, W225DF/Raleigh, NC, without letting the FCC know and for not showing a “technical need” for the change. The original five was proposed late last year as a result of a challenge to the CP by Triangle Access Broadcasting which Triangle busted licensee for changing the stations without notification.
