This past Friday was hard on triskaidekaphobians, but great for radio, where the fools gags abounded. By far, as usual, the fooler that popped up the most was the old “format change” gag: the Classic Rocker goes All Travis Tritt, the AC starts playing Christmas music, the CHR brands itself as “El Adormilado” and plays nothing but Bachata. Some stations is took it to extremes, with custom liners and even jingles to reinforce their new identities.
