The last 19 million

According to the FCC, there are still about 19 million people in the United States without access to high-speed Internet. About three-fourths of those Americans living in rural areas where “there is no business case to offer broadband.” Furthermore, fully 80 percent of the schools and libraries that receive federal funding for Internet service report that said service “does not fully meet their needs.”
