Thanksgiving comes early for NAB.

nab-adOur industry association has run an ad in the print edition of Politico as a way of thanking the Congress people—243 of them—who signed on to cosponsor the Local Radio Freedom Act. After naming all the cosponsors, the ad says, “Local radio stations are the pulse of their communities, providing the entertainment, weather, news and emergency information listeners need and want. A performance tax on local radio is bad for radio, bad for artists and bad for listeners.”
