Teens put new social medium on top.

According to the latest semi-annual “Taking Stock with Teens” survey from Piper Jaffray, Snapchat is so August—the new most-used social medium among the 12-17 demographic is Instagram. If you are targeting that audience segment, you’re probably wondering what’s up with Facebook: according to the survey, “Facebook… continues to exhibit declining engagement among the teen demographic; only 28% of 15-year-olds use Facebook, down from 40% in the fall of 2016.”
