That said, the projections for traditional media are, as usual, much weaker—a decline of 1.5% this year and 2.2% next year. As usual, digital is the superstar, with growth of 15% this year and 12% next year. And social media ad sales are projected to rise a whopping 44%, to nearly $16 billion.
