RADAR’s latest finding: 180 million plus.

nielsen-logoIn a preview of its September 2014 RADAR ratings, Nielsen reveals that more than 180 million Americans age 12 or older listened to at least one radio commercial on a measured network in an average week. Bear in mind, however, that the Nielsen-measured networks only reach about 67.7% of the population. Among the measured networks, in total they reached 108.4 million listeners over 12 years of age; 95 million listeners (70 point 6%) aged 18-49; and 89.4 million listeners (71.4%) 25-54.
