pittman-bob-beardIn an interview on “Bloomberg Go,” the iHeartMedia Chairman/CEO found himself setting the record straight about local radio, this time beating down allegations that streaming media are capturing more ears than the facts indicate. After discussing a recent study showing that just 3% of in-car listening is to streaming services, Pittman said, “So we shouldn’t get carried away. When you look at radio, radio is still about 90% of that listening and 10% is digital listening, including iHeartRadio.”
