National Radio Hall of Fame names class of 2017.

After the nominating committee nominated and the voters voted, the National Radio Hall Of Fame has its inductees for this year. The categories of Music Format On-Air Personality and Spoken Word On-Air Personality were open to public vote, and more than 300,000 votes later, the winners are Bobby Bones (Music Format), syndicated by Premiere Networks; and Bill Handel, who does mornings on KFI/Los Angeles and whose “Handel on the Law” is also syndicated by Premiere. The other four categories were decided by a panel of industry professionals. You can see the whole list of inductees here.
