NAB Show attendance down slightly.

The just-concluded Las Vegas extravaganza drew just under 1500 fewer attendees this year than last—which amounts to a mere 1.5%. The preliminary numbers from the NAB indicate that 91,460 broadcasters, podcasters, webcasters, producers, et. al. attended this year’s show, versus 92,912 last year. However, as NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton noted, the Spring NAB convention is “a must-attend event for content creators, producers and distributors from around the world.”
