IHeartRadio allies with NPR.

Through a new agreement between the public radio giant and the commercial radio giant, NPR member stations can now stream their life programming via iHeartRadio. The deal includes half of the digital banner inventory on the iHeartRadio landing pages for NPR, which can be used for donation appeals and programming notes. According to iHeartRadio President Darren Davis, this is “the perfect way for public radio stations to reach listeners on new platforms and to provide iHeartRadio users with additional high-quality News Talk programming wherever they are.” According to NPR Digital Services Managing Director Stephanie Miller, “This agreement provides another option for audiences to find public radio on their preferred listening platforms.”
