If you are not receiving
your e-mail issues in your in-box, let us know at once so we can help you
correct the problem.
Remember that you can
always get missing issues online here.
We have researched
missing issues in other cases, and they have been traced to one or more of
these causes:
- As an anti-spam
measure, Internet service providers (ISPs) will sometimes block e-mails
with attachments and/or a large number of recipients and/or recipients in
the "BCC" (blind copy) field.
- ISPs will sometimes
block attachments that are larger than a certain size.
- Your mailbox might
not be large enough to accommodate the attachment - especially if you have
other mail on the server using up your allotted space.
We suggest that you contact your ISP
and have them check it out. For more information on what you can do to make
