The Commission will be offline from September 2 through the Labor Day weekend to perform maintenance and update the system. The electronic system and the dockets will be available during that time, but the Network Outage Reporting System, the Consumer Help Center, and the Disaster Information Reporting System will stay up. FCC offices will be open, but voicemail and email will not be operative. Due dates for responsive pleadings will be extended accordingly, with all pleadings due during the outage now do you on September 9. Statutory deadlines will not be extended.
