radio-sirensFirst it was that TV spot that masqueraded as a bulletin (as we reported last week); now the FCC has warned one company and hit another with a stiff fine for including an EAS tone in promos and commercials. Syndicated host Stephanie Miller was warned about a promo in which an EAS tone appeared, but Pathfinder communications was slammed with a $46,000 penalty for the same infraction.
