Fair play is in the House.

On Monday (3/13) a bipartisan quartet of US Representatives plan to introduce “The Fair Play Fair Pay Act of 2015,” a pro-artist music licensing reform bill targeting online streaming. The measure, introduced by Representatives Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI) and Ted Deutch (D-FL), seeks to extract more license money from online streamers for the benefit of the artists.
