Photographer Gary Miller has filed suit against Cumulus Media for the use of one of his pictures of the late rapper Tupac on one of Cumulus’s Indianapolis radio station websites. Christopher Sadowski has sued Entravision Communications over one of his photos of, of all things, an ambulance. And Alec Tabac is suing Townsquare Media for picture of rapper Troy Ave. As usual, the suits seek damages and profits or, alternatively, statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work, plus attorneys fees and costs.
