Another bad day for Mr. Stolz.

Ed Stolz has lost yet another round in his ongoing battle against the Entercom purchase of CBS Radio. The FCC, in two separate proceedings, rejected Mr. Stolz’s appeals of rulings made against him. If you recall, Mr. Stolz owns a company called Royce International Broadcasting Corporation, and he has been challenging Entercom since 1996 as payback for having to complete the sale of a Sacramento radio station to Entercom after trying to back out. (Mr. Stolz vowed to take the case to the Supreme Court, but was denied the privilege.)
